Last night I was plagued with dreams that Collectormania went totally wrong. My hotel only had me booked in for one night and had no more rooms and told me I had to sleep on the streets for the second night, then I'd forgotten my photo tickets and couldn't afford to buy new ones.

Meh!

Conventions are supposed to be fun! I should not be getting this wound up and upset about Asylum. I need to decide today whether to make enquiries about cancelling my ticket.

I've e mailed the organiser of Asylum to ask if I will get my hotel money back if I cancel. If he says yes I'm not going

No con is worth this amount of stress and hassle

Edit: Ok, I'll get my hotel money back if I cancel today. After that it's too late

*thinks*

Done!

Right! I have cancelled my Asylum ticket. It was a really hard decision and it may not have been the right one but it's done now. If I end up regretting it, that's my problem

Padders, can I come to Eurovision now? *flutters eyes*

This also means I can buy a new outfit for Collectormania. YAY!

Phew! I feel all trembly.

Right

ZOMG! Clothes shopping is such a chore! Seriously, I wandered around every shop I could find only to wind up back where I started.

Gone for a very earthy look. I've bought a full length skirt which is...I'm not really sure how to describe the colour...dark khaki? It's very pretty and has a butterfly pattern stictched on the hem

Then I bought a vest top of a similar colour with sequined sparkly straps and a little sparkly star on the hem

I am pleased, especially since the skirt and the top are both a size down from what I though I was. I'm not thin but I'm thinner than I was. WHEE!

Edit: This is the skirt. What sort of colour is buttie? LOL

Ah crap!
