Well, if I needed proof that my flist is tuned into my brain this poll is it

Heroes was the most popular show voted for with 65% saying they watch it

Supernatural and Heroes were tied for the most loved shows

Lost and Desperate Housewives are the least popular witb 52% saying they weren't bothered about it

Heroes has a staggering majority for show that people would choose if they could only watch one from now on (40% with the next most popular scoring 15%)

The shows most of you would cancel are Lost and Smallville

The most popular OTP was Clark/Lex, closely followed by Peter/Claire

YAY! Heroes owns my flist!

Pairings people thought I should have included:
Saul/Bill (BSG) - EEW! They probably are doing it but old man slash is gross ;)
Dean/Metallicar (Supernatural) - THAT gets my vote!
Sam/Dean (Supernatural) - Nope, I don't do Wincest
Charlie/Claire (Lost) - I hate Claire. If it was anyone it should be Charlie/Sayid or Charlie/Eko
Peter/Nathan (Heroes) - No, no, NO!
Matt/Danny (Studio 60) - Yes, they are slash material but I don't really ship them
Bill Adama/Laura Roslin (BSG) - Again, I can see it but it's not something I really like

Gah!

Whilst watching The Gilmore Girls a while ago (thank God that's over) I had a discussion with [livejournal.com profile] jacqui_hw about Rory and her boys. I said I would post a poll so here it is. For the record I would choose Peter over Sam (Dean is an entirely different matter)

[Poll #884586]

*yawn*

I'm sleepy. Dave has been off the last couple of days so there is no one to train me and Greg. Essentially we've just been sitting around surfing on the internet. Nice, but gets a bit boring after a while.

I was looking forward to a nice quiet night in tonight but I forgot I said I'd meet a few of the guys from my old work in the pub. Can't be bothered really but I suppose I should show up, even if it's just for a little bit.

They were playing the Titanic soundtrack on the radio this afternoon and now I want to watch it. I don't think I've watched it all the way through since I bought the director's cut last year. Bad Hils

Peter is kicking Sam's ass in my poll so I win!

This is SO wrong, yet very cleverly done.

I don't want to grow up. I miss the days when fandom made me bounce and squee. I haven't done that for months

Can I go to Neverland please?

That was a brilliant night out. And to think I wasn't looking forward to it. It's weird that I'm spending more time with people from my old work now than I did when I left. It's sweet. A few people from the office that used to be next to mine have kind of adopted me and Greg and keep inviting us out. One of the girls is quite geeky so we can squee about things together. She loves Heroes as much as me. YAY!

We chatted about all sorts of things tonight. The boys kept talking about football (apart from Greg) so the rest of us had to amuse ourselves. We even ended up playing 'Bogies' at one point. Thank God no one in the pub knows me.

One of the girls met Shayne Lynch (formerly of Boyzone) yesterday so we all started talking about meeting famous people and I was forced to tell, again, the story of James groping me. I think Laura (the geeky girl) was more excited than me. Then we talked about Nathan and went all gooey. LOL.

It was nice just to hang out and chat. The people in my new office are SO quiet and I really want to liven things up (and hang some Christmas decorations - The Scrooges!) but I think maybe I should let myself settle in before I bring a radio to work and make people talk to each other.

On a totally unrelated note I'm trying out the new version of Yahoo Mail finally, since it's bound to change over eventually. It's going to take some getting used to, which is weird considering I use Outlook all the time and they are essentially the same.
