A new adventure

This morning I am taking drbillbongo to The Jorvik Viking Centre. I haven't been there since I was a kid so I hope it's not crap. LOL

Not sure what our plans for the afternoon will be yet but I'm sure we'll find some way of amusing ourselves ;)

And as usual I'm sure there will be silly photos

I forgot to take a picture of the pirate flag robhu hung in his flat yesterday and there is no evidence of me wearing a silly pirate hat. Hehe!

Midday update

We met The Vikings and it was just as smelly as I remember it being. LOL.

drbillbongo insisted we visit the evil empire that is Starbucks but she did have an admittedly very yummy mint coffee. I don't even like coffee.

We went around a couple of book shops and then bought fish and chips. Not the best ever and a little expensive. I don't think I'll go there again.

Not sure what we're going to do now. Something that doesn't cost much as we're trying to save our money for Portsmouth next week

Friends of mine

Ok Canadian friends of mine. Who is willing to let me and jacqui_hw stay with them while we go to Vancouver and stalk Jared and Jensen (mostly Jensen)

The pasta bake went a bit wrong :-S

I cooked twice as much as I usually do and forgot to adjust the cooking times. It was edible but only just

I think I should just stay out of the kitchen. LOL
