Diet

Put a pound and a half back on this week. Sort of expected it really. Ate lots of naughty food last week. I blame robhu for cooking such yummy meals ;)

Dreams

I could have sworn last night I heard a man screaming outside and banging on one of the doors to the other flats. I was only half awake so I'm not sure if it was a dream or not.

On the other hand I did dream that I was murdered by a hitman (or woman in this case). She shot me in the head with a silenced gun and I was totally paralysed and knew I only had seconds before I was going to die. Then I woke up. Not nice :(

More talk of food

Usually just a sandwich is enough for my lunch but I'm still feeling quite hungry. There is nothing I can have that isn't bad for me. I might have to just take my chances. One bag of crisps or a chocolate bar won't kill me *hopes*
