(no subject)

I've just been talking about the new Turtles film with jacqui_hw and she said that only boys found Turtles to be cool the first time around. Now, I didn't have the toys or anything like that but I did watch the cartoon. But then I've always been a tomboy so I guess I'm not really a true reflection of whether girls like Turtles or not. So, here's a poll

There are plans to set up a UK/European based version of WriterCon. I, for one, have always wanted to go to this event but lack of funds has always prevented it. This is a really great idea and I'd love for it to happen
