Dream

I had a dream last night that Greg phoned me to tell me that his friends Tom's wedding was off. At first I thought maybe he'd decided that he didn't want to get married after all but then Greg said that Mel (the bride) was dead, having been killed in a car crash. It felt so real I nearly sent Greg a text when I woke up to see if Tom was ok

Bleh. I hate dreams like that

Dunno what happened there but I just tried to reply to a comment in my LJ and I kept getting new window after new window opening. It wasn't pop ups, just the same page of LJ opening again and again. When it got to 23 windows I panicked and switched off the PC. It all seems to be working fine again now

Weirdness

Yet another film

Greg has been pestering me to watch The Warriors for months, possibly even years. So, I finally watched it

I must admit I was expecting a lot more violence and gore than there actually was. I dunno, I'd built it up into this monster of a film in my head. I think maybe I'm still scarred from when Dave insisted I watch the original Assault On Precinct 13.

Anyway, The Warriors was rather silly. I'm sure it was hard hitting in it's day but I cannot take seriously gangs whose uniforms include purple sparkly waistcoats, mime artists, baseball players and dungeree wearing rollerskaters

It was just plain silly.

Passed the time though
