I've been doing the Special K diet for nearly a month now and I've only just realised that the box says you're supposed to do it for 2 weeks and then do a 'proper' diet. Well, that might explain why I lost a load of weight at first and now I don't seem to have lost anything (get weighed tonight)

Diet

Lost a pound which isn't bad considering I wasn't doing the diet properly and I quaffed rather a lot of alchol on Saturday. I'm happy with that
