Ho Hum

It's Saturday and I've been up since 6:30. Oh, the things I do for a few extra pennies.

It seems that yet again we have managed to wind up living next door to total wankers. Last night our neighbours had a bucket tied onto string and they were loweing it from their balcony onto the street below and shouting to random passers-by to give them money, cigarettes and knickers. Freaks! I actually contemplated phoning the police but chickened out :-S

We're making progress with House and I am quite enjoying it now. House/Wilson is clearly the OTP but I must admit to going 'aww' when House and Cameron went to Monster Trucks together.

Had a strange dream that I was in Season 1 of Lost but I knew everything was going to change. Jack and Locke were being all weird.

I get to leave at 1:15 today and Jacqui's parents are visiting for the day so I think I might make a start on watching Firefly this afternoon

A week today I will be meeting Nathan and Elijah! WHEE!

Had another con dream during my afternoon nap

I got the final virtual ticket for Elijah's autograph but when I actually got into the main hall there was only about 10 people there. They announced a few cancellations and I was worried Nathan was going to be one of them but it was only Carrie Fisher

jacqui_hw decided she was going to come to the con too and was sad when Carrie Fisher cancelled.

When we got to see Elijah, Dom was randomly there too. They were both sad because Peter Jackson was supposed to be at the con but had cancelled. I gave both of them a hug and then we just chatted.

Woke up after that.

Now I need to get ready for what Greg is hailing as the party of the year. God knows when I'm going to get home but it sounds like it'll be fun
