Hello

Yesterday was not a good day, as you probably saw from my LJ posts yesterday. When jacqui_hw got in yesterday she was in bad mood too so we spent most of the evening sitting in silence with me occasionally bitching at the TV.

I feel better today. Sleep is good. I think a lot of this is stress induced. We've been having real trouble working out the logistics of when we're going to move and when we can hire a van. robhu has very kindly offered to drive it for us (I owe you a beer or something for that!)

I just want it to be over. Once we're in the new place I'll be a happy Hils again. At the moment it's looking like we're going to pick up the Van on Friday next week and then do the actual moving on Saturday and Sunday. Cross fingers that it goes smoothly for us

The practical side of me wants to pick someone who would know how to survive on a desert island but since I don't know who that is I shall pick Angelina Jolie because she is teh hotness

Dream

I had a dream that I was in Middle Earth helping Aragorn fight Orcs so that was nice. Except I think I was a hobbit :-S

*Sigh*

Well, that didn't last long.

I'm back to switching between wanting to cry and wanting to scream at someone.

I hate feeling like this.

I'm never going to buy a house. If I get this upset trying to organise a move into a rented house, no way I'd cope with buying one.

I've already snapped at a guy in my office for cracking a joke about me moving house, yelled at my dad who was arguing with me about getting access to the flat and nearly cried when the bank told me I'd be on hold for a long time.

Does someone else want to sort all this out for me? I'll just hibernate for a week

Ok, I feel better. Sorry about the earlier outburst. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole thing

Progress is being made anyway. I've arrange for the bank transfer to the estate agent to be done, I've spoken to someone at work about getting some more boxes and now I'm going to get a quote for the van hire. I'm getting there...

Was talking to Mum-Ra on IM tonight and she kept referring to BP. Yup, even my parents call him Boisterous Puppy now. LOL.
