Message from hils

hi, it's supernaturalhel for hils again.

I recieved a text from hils earlier:

"Our lease became invalid when the building was declared unsafe so the landlord is under no obligation to pay for our B&B.

We're looking at two properties today, but if they're no good I'll have to move back with my parents."

Poor hils, things are just getting shitter and shitter!

Well, there is FINALLY light at the end of the tunnel. We were so full of despair today when we were told that the fire had invalidated our lease and that the B&B would no longer be being paid for. We really were homeless.

We went to see two properties today. One of them was really nice but miles away from anywhere so not suitable as neither of us have a car. The other one was nice, but they wanted us to sign for a year, which we didn't think was any good when we were going to move back into our flat after 6 months

We went to speak to the letting agent who said that when the lease became invalid so did any tie between us and the landlord and therefore he was also under no obligation to hold the flat for us. So, basically the fangirl pad is no longer ours, or won't be when we move the rest of the stuff out.

So, we've taken the second place we looked at but they've still got to install the appliances. They're going to try and hurry it up in light of our situation so we should be in next week some time.

We also can't get back into the old flat until next Wednesday at the earliest so I'm back at my parents until I can move into this new place

Exhaustion doesn't even begin to cover how I'm feeling at the moment so a few days of rest where there's nothing I can do is probably what I need right now.

Hmmm....

74 e mails in my spam filter folder and most of them are in German. Why am I getting foreign spam all of a sudden?

I'm finally noticing the absence of kitty #1. I wasn't really able to process the fact that he wasn't here when I came back after the fire. It's been a few days now and it's definitely noticable that he's not here

I miss him. He always knew when to climb onto my lap and purr while I petted him. Kitty #2 will only be petted when she's in the mood for it and even then she never climbs up onto your knee. The closest she gets is coming and sitting next to you.

I miss my kitty. I miss my home. I think I need to go and have a quiet cry in bed now
