Urgh

So...tired....I think I'm going to take tomorrow afternoon off to do my shopping. It's just easier than finishing early and rushing into town after work. Hopefully boss-lady will let me but going by the mood she was in yesterday she'll probably huff a lot.

I'm playing squash at lunchtime today. I anticipate being in much pain tomorrow. Ah well, it's a sign that what you're doing is good for you I guess

I'm tired and I don't want to go back to work

New boss is continuing to do my head in as well as everyone elses. It really is like working with a schoolmistress. She continually shushes us all, she snaps at people and she refuses to join in with the rest of us. We're putting together another office CD. This isn't anything that will interfere with work time or anything like that and she refuses to participate. Now, I don't mind if she doesn't want to take part in the fun, it's not mandatory. But when she snaps and is rude to someone who merely asked if she was going to take part...that's too much.

It's getting to the stage where we're thinking of speaking to her boss. People with no people skills should not be given management positions

Still, she DID tell me I can have tomorrow afternoon off so I suppose that's something

Legs feel like jelly. Well, I guess that's a good sign. I did some running, some cycling and some weights. Only burned off 200 calories though. I guess the more I do it the easier it will get and the longer I'll be able to do each thing for. Cycling makes my knees click so I'm not sure I should carry on with that. Maybe rowing will be a little more knee friendly.

I deliberately stopped watching Coupling at 10 so I could have an early night, but then the cruise lady e mailed me to sort out an extra night in the hotel room and I got chatting to people and it all went wrong and now it's 11pm

Ah well, I can squeeze in an hour or two of napping tomorrow afternoon if I have to. Must make sure I'm awake for Desperate Housewives
