My tummy is all churny and I just started retching over the toilet. Jesus, I'm falling appart here. If it's not the cough from hell it's my silly stomach. Sick (no pun intended) of being ill!!

Watched a film called Yasmin tonight about a Muslim girl in Britain coping with the aftermath of 9/11. Channel 4 advertised it as being this gritty hard hitting drama but I actually found it disjointed and quite boring.

John and Jackie are up for eviction on Big Brother. Can't they both go?

Have started playing The Sims again and I can't advance to the next level until I've made my house sufficiently pretty. It seems to be taking forever!!!

New boss suggested I sleep propped up in bed to stop all the crap in my throat sinking down and making my cough worse. Gave it a try and bloody hell, she was right. I slept like a baby. In fact I overslept. Oops. Thank god I'm on a flexible hours system

I thought it would be nice to walk home along the river tonight, forgetting that it had flooded last week. The water had gone down but it was SO muddy, like wading home through a bog. Gross. My trainers are filthy!
