An interesting question

This was brought about after gledster2000 looked at that slash link I posted earlier. My question is this:-

Why are men more grossed out by gay men than women are by lesbians?

We were talking about it at work the other day and the men were like 'Eew! Gay men! Sick! Gross!' etc and the women were all 'Lesbians? *shrug*' Interestingly one of the women in my office finds the image of gay men in no way erotic and was really surprised when I said I found it sexy...if the men are pretty of course. Saying that, I find lesbians equally erotic if they're pretty too so I guess I'm not stereotypical

Anyway, what does everyone think about my question. I find it really interesting

It's just one thing after another. My stomach is better and now I'm all stuffy, my throat hurts and I've got a bit of a fever.

On top of all that we got a £300 electricity bill yesterday. I had a feeling something like this would happen after the amount of time it took for them to get us set up etc but why did it have to come the month of Christmas *cries* After I just got all that other stuff sorted out too *cries more*

My throat is really sore! I want ice cream but that would mean going outside and I don't want to go outside *sigh*

I've been typing up my Sparrington fic all afternoon and I'm exhausted. And I still haven't finished it. They haven't even had their first kiss yet

I think I need to have a rest, maybe play a computer game or something and then come back to it later. I really want to get it sent to the_dala tonight even though I don't think she's back from her hols yet. I'll just feel better when I know there's nothing else for me to do with it (other than fix it up when she sends it back to me)

Press-Ganged Part 7 is next but I think I'm going to save it for the Christmas hols when I have nothing better to do. The next few weeks are going to be crazy busy

3 weeks on Wednesday is my last day at work. WHEE!!!

My immune system is fucked. It happens every year, later than usual this year thanks to the toasty warm flat.

Food poisoning on Friday, cold/flu today. I feel like shite. I don't want to go to work tomorrow but I can't really take another day off. Despite the fact that we're not contracted to work weekends if you take a Friday and then a Monday off it counts as 4 days sick. Stupid

Right, bedtime. Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning
