Stuff

Watched Hell Boy last night. It was ok. Not as terrible as I expected but not amazingly great either. It killed a couple of hours. Maybe I'm hindered by not having read the comic books. Still, there were a few bits that made me laugh.

I have to go to another of these management meetings tomorrow and this time someone had actually given me an issue to raise. Now I'm back to being all worried again. Meh. Still, if I want to do this on a full time basis I need to get used to this I guess. Hopefully it will be ok. If it all goes horribly wrong at least I'll know before I put my name forward to do it full-time

Last night I dreamt I was going to a con with redeem147. I reckon this was either because I was looking at the Buffy Meetup site a couple of days ago and feeling sad that the nearest one to me is London, or because I was talking to richess the other day and telling her I'm hoping to come back over to Canada for Toronto Trek 2006. I intend to start saving as soon as we get back from the cruise next year. rockgoddes look out for me!

I now have broadband. A month and a half after I ordered it. Phew! Still waiting to see if my snarky letter produces some sort of compensation. It better!

Now that I've dispatched with AOL, I could really do with updating my version of Internet Explorer. What's the latest version and is there any way I can pick up a CD or download it?
