I always like to think of days off as a time for rest. I'm going to be super busy today though. In fact, I'd probably do less if I was at work, lol.

Doctor's
Christmas Shopping
Clean the house
Go to London

In fact, I have to be at the doctor's in 30 mins. Should probably think about getting dressed.

Oh, and I am pleased to announce my engagement to ladyemma and jacqui_hw. We're going to have a nice little threesome wedding in Kentucky

Taking the pill has had a lot of advantages for me. My periods are now regular, I don't get crippling pain every month and of course when I eventually have sex there will be no baby Hils' running around.

On the negative side, however, I've put on 6lbs since I started taking it. Not sure if that's a lot of weight but it sure sounds it. I do feel a bit more bloated than I used to. I'm hoping if I skip the take-away that accompanies our roleplaying sessions and stop 'treating myself' to a MacDonalds on Friday's then I should lose the weight I put on. Here's hoping.

Still, ventured into town after news of my weight gain and did some comfort shopping. Am now about 3/4 done with my Christmas purchasing which is good.

Now I need to phone Dave, tidy my bedroom a bit and get packed ready for London.
