Gmail does not like DW. All my comments to any and all posts have been grouped together in one thread by gmail, unlike LJ which groups them together by post.

Not sure if it's a DW or gmail issue but it's just something I've noticed.

It's a known issue and they're working on it. All the LJ clones have the same problem - LJ has a special exception from Google.

In the meantime, putting subjects on all your comments improves it slightly.

The hacky workaround is to include subject lines on your comments. Gmail groups conversations by subject line.

Yeah, but it's relying on everyone who comments in my journal doing that. It's not a biggie really

It's a known problem, but I'm not sure what the priority is on fixing it :/
You can import your icons with the importer, but be sure to upgrade your account first. The 'Upgrade' is only temporary until the end of open beta, then you'll have to pay to get the paid account status:

The temporary upgrade to 'paid' status to allow you to import all your icons and their keywords in one fell swoop is a serious time saver! I also brought over all my tags as well. I assume if you decide to go with a free account they just inactivate all but six of your icons like LJ do.

You literally just tick a check box and press go to set the import in motion! Given that I have 180 icons it was a major time saver.

Huh, odd. The calendar at the bottom which fit perfectly before wraps around now and everything to the right is in a larger font too. It was fine until this morning so I wondered if it was something to do with whatever maintenance stuff they did yesterday. It's just... annoying.
