Progress (sort of)

I've worked out the problem with my M2 fic I think. Without rambling into too much plot detail parts of it are AU and parts of it aren't. The non-AU bits I'm finding really easy to write so clearly my issue is with the AU part of it. Not sure how to get around it since my prompt is for an AU.

Showed it to someone on the M2 comm and she said overall what I have so far is fine, but that Michael's voice is a bit flat in places (she didn't specify but I suspect it's the AU bits)

Need to put my thinking cap on...
