Day. From. Hell

When I got in this morning three of our servers were down, two of them located off-site. Since there's only two of us in for the next few weeks and I can't drive (yet) Greg has gone off to look at those and I've been stuck here on my own.

Highlight of my morning? Some bolshy asshole ringing me up and yelling at me because someone from my building left their car in the car park and went on holiday. No, I don't care that he's going to get a bill for having it towed away (apparently the car park needs to be clear for some work). Yelling at me is not going to make me miraculously have his car keys.

Grr!

I'm going for lunch!
