This is such a cop out! The promised not to make Clark fly so they bring in a character who has EXACTLY the same powers as him and WILL FLY!
JUST MAKE CLARK FLY FFS! Do you really think anyone cares at this stage!
I have absolutely no interest in Supergirl (apart from that movie they made in the 80s which was hilarious).
