An old flame rekindled

hilsOne of my earliest memories is from when I was about 5 years old. I had just learned to ride a bike and I remember cycling to my local park, humming the Superman theme tune and planning how I was going to marry him when I grew up
Today I had a flashback to being 5 years old. LOL
So, overall the film was Brilliant. Brandon Routh was an excellent Superman, Kevin Spacey was an excellent Lex Luthor and Kate Boswoth made Lois Lane, a character I usually hate, quite likeable.
My only gripe with it was I sussed that the kid was Superman's almost straight away. And it only just occured to me that they must have conceived him during Superman 2 when he gave up his powers. That makes a little more sense
In that case the film was brilliant.
I won't say it was better than Dead Man's Chest though. Really I don't think you can compare them
