hilsWell, the nurse was really nice so that was good. She was really pleased that I was dieting properly and doing more excercise so I didn't really get a telling off
Blood pressure was up slightly but she said it was possibly because I'd rushed to get there. She seemed more worried about that than my weight but hopefully when I go back in 6 months I'll have lost all the weight I need to and my blood pressure will be back down to normal
Also, hottie at work came in to squee about POTC2 and I was all hot and sweaty because I'd just walked back from the doctors and my hair was all over the place. Woe!
