hilsI had a feeling this would happen. I'm back on the diet and I'm REALLY hungry. I think my body has become used to all the food I've been eating during the last month (I've had my birthday and 2 holidays all within a 3 week period). I've just had what was a normal lunch when I was dieting and I could eat it over again
