Well, I've got the weekend to learn all the preparation notes for my interview. Basically it's more like a test than an interview. We've got a set of 'core competences' such as leading a team, working with others, responding to change etc and we just have to give examples of having done each. So, I've got good examples for each one and I just have to make sure I've learned everything I want to say. I'm feeling fairly confident but it all depends on what the interviewers are like. They've been trained especially for these management assessment days so hopefully they'll be ok. It's amazing the difference having a nice interviewer can make. If they're really cold I tend to get nervous and forget what I want to say

Anyone got any good tips for memorising stuff?
