I don't want to be "the freaky girl who harrases you via email," but I was wondering if you might be interested in joining a writer's group. It's difficult to find people who are both talented writers and interested in cult television. Most of my writing has been in the fantasy department, although I have written a few stories concerning Buffy and The X-Files.
We don't have an actual group just yet--there's really only me and one other girl. But I was really impressed with your creation of a season 8 for Buffy and thought I'd give it a shot at asking you to join us. I'm in the process of finishing up an English degree and writing a fantasy novel--so busy doesn't even begin to describe my life. But I know for a fact that writers don't get enough support from other writers.
If you're interested fabulous, if not we'll be sad. No matter what I'll still be a fan of your fanfic.
