hilsWell, I saw The Grudge and Bridget Jones 2. Thoughts under the cut
The Grudge - Meh! That was pretty much by reaction all the through this film. Yes, it was a bit creepy but overall I found it quite silly. I dunno, I was expecting something like The Ring that would fuck me up for weeks to come and I just didn't get that with this film. I found it confusing, which admittedly might just have been me, and just not that scary. Sarah was ok in it but nothing spectacular. In fact out of all the roles I've seen her in since Buffy I think this was the poorest. Overall I'd give it about 6/10
Bridget Jones - OMG! I was expecting it to be crap but I loved it! Yes, it was very similar to the first one but that didn't make it bad. The fight between Hugh and Colin had me howling with laughter. The stuff in Thailand was a bit meh...and I found Bridget slightly annoying on occasion just because she's SO daft! But overall it was a lovely film and I'd give it 8/10
