Modem still hasn't arrived. It's now 3 days later than they said it was going to be and over a month since I first placed the order. Am seriously considering cancelling my subscription and going with someone a bit more reliable. Can anyone recommend a good broadband supplier?

On the plus side my hay fever pills have kicked in and I feel a lot better than I did this morning. Nearly called in sick, I was feeling that rotten
