Well, the witch hazel worked for a couple of hours and then I went back to being in pain again. I can barely move my right arm :(

Don't think I'll be getting much sleep again tonight. Is tiredness a good enough reason to call in sick

On the plus side the redness seems to have gone down a bit. I could take a photo to show you all but that would be a bit gross...
