Still cold and icy but it's getting better thankfully. I think the worst is over.

Dave's recipie for the week. Lightly fry some mushrooms in butter


Slice some potato and put it in a dish


Add the mushrooms


Add more potato and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg


Add a tub of double cream


Bake until golden brown. Yum!
