Well, at least my body has now got itself into some sort of routine. Went to sleep at about 12 last night

2am - Woke up and spent about half an hour coughing and trying to get back to sleep

4am - Woke up and spent about half an hour coughing and trying to get back to sleep

6am - Woke up and spent about half an hour coughing and trying to get back to sleep

Finally gave up at 8 and got up. I haven't had a full nights sleep for about a week. Needless to say I called my boss this morning and he told me to stay home and try and get some more sleep.

Shall have to go to the chemist later and pick up some decent cough medicine. Any recommendations? (Bearing in mind I'm in the UK so might not have access to some of the US brands)
