hilsWell, I finally sat down and watched my Angel tape. Here are my thoughts and comments
Ground State - Well, this episode was ok. Nothing much really happened, apart from Gunn dying of course. But there was no dramatic music or anything so I knew he was going to be ok. Cute moment with him and Fred. I noticed the quality of the fights seems to be going down. Not as slick as they were in Season 3 and the first ep of Season 4
The House Always Wins - Again it was kind of blah, but it was good to see Lorne back.
Slouching Towards Bethlehem - Well, this is where is started to get interesting. Now, I don't know if we're supposed to have realised this but it seems pretty obvious why Cordy is back. She was punished for intervening in Vegas and helping Angel. I'm guessing the memory loss is a kind of punishment. Anyway, I like Connor and I really understood why Cordy wanted to stay with him. Not really sure why Lorne saw darkness and evil in Crody's future. Does this mean she's gonna die? I got all confused...
I'm also intrigued by Wes and Lilah. It seems to be that it's going beyond good sex for them. Is it me or are they actually starting to care about each other?
Supersymetry - Now this episode I liked. Fred was amazing when she said she wanted to kill her Prof. I haven't seen her like that since she found out it was Connor who dumped Angel in the ocean. And I loved the moments with her and Wes. They'd be so cute together if it wasn't for the whole Lilah thing. It kind of reminded me in a way of Spike and Dawn (the whole good girl going to him to do the stuff no one else will help with)
And when Gunn killed that guy. So didn't see that coming. I wonder how that's going to affect their relationsip.
Oh, and Cordy asked Angel if they were in love. Too bad this is the last eppy on my tape. I can't wait to see what he says. To be honest I won't be too bothered if she runs off with Connor. He is kind of cute and has a bit more about him than Angel.
I guess we'll have to wait and see. I'm not spoiled so please don't tell me what happens next.
