hilsHad a very pleasant evening tonight. Went into town after work with one of the guys from work. We went to university together but we haven't really done anything social together since we graduated. Anyway, we went for a coffee and then for something to eat before heading home. On the way back, however, we passed a marquee in the centre of town. As part of the York Food Festival they'd set up a Latino tent, where they were giving away free food. We decided to stop and have a drink.
It was so nice inside, the ceiling was covered in hundres of fairy lights which changed colour and there were tables and cahirs set out. They had latin music playing in the background and it was great.
Also went out at lunchtime as one of the guys from work was leaving. So really I haven't done much today at all. I wish all days could be like this.
Only down side is that I'm covering for the office bitca next week as she's on holiday. If she thinks I'm cleaning up her mess she's got another thing coming
