A funny thing happened after seeing The Avengers for a 2nd time

So, I went through the denial stage during and after the first viewing of The Avengers.

The 2nd time I watched it I hit the acceptance stage but I spent the whole movie looking for clues that Phil's death was a fake or something.

Then that evening I watched A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Thor's Hammer and I cried. Might have been the wine, though.

Sadly Clark Gregg has said here that he knew Coulson was going to die before they started shooting Thor.

So I guess that means he really is gone then.

WHEDON YOU BASTARD!

This may be one beloved character death too many for me to handle. Grr!

Minor character deaths seem to hit me harder than major ones. Am still not over Gabriel's death on SPN and that was two years and gallons of fix-it fic ago
