I'm on the train home! WHEE!
Guess which numpty put their clock forward a day early? *points at self* So I was up at 7am on Saturday because according to my alarm it was 8am. D'oh! Ah well, it meant I was prepared for when they actually did go forward last night and it gave me some time for writing before we went out *facepalm*
Had a lovely weekend with
yavannauk! We watched Highlander Methos, SGA (I fear I will be buying season 1 next month), Robin Hood (which amazingly didn't suck) and Bradley's episode of Lewis (GUH!)
I started my Lex/Castiel fic and have had a bunny for a Merlin modern AU which won't leave me alone. I'm going to turn into one of those people with loads of WIPs. So much for my plan of one fic at a time.
Bit of a nightmare getting home as there were no trains running from Greenhithe today (which I was NOT told when I booked my tickets). Luckily
yavannauk was able to very kindly drive me to a station that was open.
I'm going to provide you with a link to my Sweet Charity aution when I can figure out how to do that. A couple of lovely people have bid on me already but more is good, especially when all the money goes to charity.
In the meantime here are some photos of Greenhithe, which is quite lovely

I was very impressed by this bridge when I was coming in on the train

Apparently this building has been turned into flats. I want to live there!

Nice little green area which is where the abbey used to be

The back of the nice house/flats

The side of the nice house/flats

Closeup of the front

Another nice building that has been turned into houses

There's a town called Welling. This amused me more than it should
