I seem to be going through a bad batch of Smallville episodes at the moment. I really do think this show was never quite the same after Asylum

I am amused that they seem to keep re-using actors that have appeared in BSG though. Even more amusing is that both times they used Tahmoh Penikett he's played someone that has been brought back from the dead.

Tahmoh Penikett and Aaron Douglas have both appeared twice playing different characters. Nicki Clyne also had a blink and you'll miss it appearance

BSG is new to me. I have noticed tons 'o Canadian actors from other shows on Smallville.

He's the new doctor that treats Meta-humans. He hasn't said much yet, but I'm assuming his part will get bigger.
