Too much PB and not enough J in these sandwiches. Clearly this is an art I have not yet perfected...

I like them heavy on the PB...

I was raised on them and love PB, sometimes I eat it from a spoon...

So, maybe for a brit that sounds strange, but I just LOVE peanut butter!

In fact Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are like my favorite candy because of it, right behind peanut m&ms.

Never fancied them at all. PB on it's own, great, Jam on it't own great, together just a no no!

Oh, I love PB&J sandwiches, but two would be too much.

I'm sorry...

*hugs*

Aw the perfect PB&J ratio. It is a culinary delight!

I've always found that a ratio of 2 to 1 works best - 1 part PB and 2 parts J.

I'm another one who likes lots of peanut butter. In fact, I actually prefer just peanut butter sandwiches with no jelly at all. DS is the same way. Though he also likes jelly sandwiches.

Randomly, in college I developed a method of making PB&Js (Grape Jelly, always and forever) that's double decker, and the perfect size for a meal by itself.

Generally you need more jelly than you think you need, it's not like on toast, you have to compensate for the PB. Then again I'm of the school that says the more you put on the better.

Now I'm craving one....mmmm

Hee!!! Yeah, I definitely agree on the more jelly thing

Eh. PB&J. I ate it every day for years and years as a kid and I overdosed. I can hardly stand them anymore, and usually only after vigorous outdoor exercise, eaten outdoors ravenously. Then, I like slightly more jelly than peanut butter. Because you care! :D

Hee!!! I'm going to try and different ratio tomorrow and see how it works out. Mostly because I have PB&J that I need to use up before it goes bad. LOL!
