I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!!!!!11111 OMG!

I am bouncing off the walls right now. I have never felt so relieved!

And I have a plan for today!

1. Tidy my room (boring, but it needs doing. It's my writing room and it's icky)

2. Have lunch in my favourite cafe

3. Buy the most sinful milkshake I can imagine from this place in town that will make any kind you can imagine.

4. Go for a boat ride on the river

5. Go to aerobics

6. Have a chinese

7. Pass out in bed

*dances*

I promise all the whining and griping will ease off now and I can actually focus on fandom stuff again. Who wants fic? Huzzah!

I was weird. I felt terrified to the point of feeling sick right up until I was in the car with the examiner, then I suddenly felt really calm. The brain is a weird thing.

I still clocked up a handful of minor faults but I don't care because I passed!

I took my license when I was 18, but has never owned more than a quarter of a car, though it was a big American car, so I guess its about a small VW :-)
But it's handy to have, I can drive company cars and rent a car when I need it. And pay shops to deliver and take taxis - all in all much cheaper than owning a car when you don't need it every day. Thanks to the rules when I took my license, I can drive small vans and mini-bus too.

My brother-in-law has taken his test several times ... and always failed - he's now given up after his fourth attempt. He says taking a driving test is one of the most stressful things he's ever done. I can't drive, myself - but I admire anyone who passes their test as I've heard it's not easy.
