I had a dream last night that I had a job in China. My current boss was there but I wasn't actually working in IT. It was a huge, warehouse sized shop and it was my job to fill it up with stock before it opened

At one point a train pulled in to take us all home to visit our families and I was running around the store trying to find my coat and I missed the train as a result. I was told there wouldn't be another one and it made me cry

Then someone took all the characters from Eastenders hostage and kept shooting them in front of me. Some might call this a service to humanity but at the time it was very real and scary

The Max came in and jumped on me for a cuddle and that made it all ok :)

if i had a dream with ANYTHING from Eastenders in it i'd wake up in a cold sweat. Don't ask me why, but that show freaked me out when i was over there.

I was hooked, sure, like anybody; but it still freaked me out.

luckily, i was able to quit when i came home, since i didn't have cable then to see BBC-america. Even if i (sadly) also missed Fawlty Towers and stuff. but i got to continue with Lexx, cuz the Scifi channel picked it up and i got that in college...and just as luckily, escaped the clutches of Red Dwarf, which scared me even more than Eastenders did (and for much less obscure reasons).
