flickums got me to watch the Star Wars episode of Family Guy to see if it made me like it.

It didn't.

There were a couple of bits that made me chuckle but mostly it just left me cold. I think I'll just have to accept that Family Guy is not for me. Although thr Robot Chicken gag at the end made me laugh.

I do like American Dad though.

Jay's tried to get me into the show, promising the SW episode would be the one that did it. I warned him, remember I'm a SW fangirl, anything too out there with my fandom and I'll become rabid in not good ways.

He still pushes, I keep refusing. Eventually, I'll probably watch it though I'm sure I'm going to dislike it.

Now the SW Robot Chicken...that I liked. ;)

Oh, The SW episode isn't the one to bring newbies in. Now if you can get your hand on the series 3 episode "Road To Europe" - that's my recommendation for introducing someone to Family Guy.

Because i seen the movie called Blue Harvest that was the family guy version of star wars. I thought it was funny, especially the couch scene.

I think the "Yo' momma" fight between Luke and the Emperor in Robot Chicken was what had me giggling.
