Usual aerobics instructor was back this week and she worked us hard and fast. I couldn't keep up with some of it and it made me feel old. I used to be really good at aerobics/dance when I was at school. Where has my coordination gone?

Anyway, the older lady that took us last time that we liked does a step aerobics class an hour before the regulae aerobics class so we're going to try that next time instead. It means I'll have to catch the bus straight from work but that's better in a way. It'll be so much easier than coming home for an hour which is what I do at the moment.

In other news several people have already requested a sequel to Home Truths so they can read the conversation between Clark and Lex. I would write it but I'm not sure how the conversation would go. LOL. If I get inspired I might write it tomorrow.

Now I need to type up some more of my Halloween fic

Not that this should influence you, but it was always easier for me to work out right after work. The minute I go home it was a 50/50 shot whether I'd head back out.

Yeah, it really is an effort. If I didn't have to meet my friend there I probably wouldn't have made it half the time
