The good and the bad

All in all it has been a pretty shitty week. Remember not long after I started my job I had to deal with this awful woman who put in two complaints against me in the same week despite the fact she knew I was still training. Yeah, I had another dealing with her again this week.

She's like a broken record. Every time she yells and screams about how she has never had good service (by this she means I wasn't able to fix her computer in 2 minutes) from us and how much better it was in her last job. I had to bite my tongue to stop myself asking her why she left if it was so awesome.

So, once I got done (she hung up on me after saying I'd taken up too much of her time already) I decided enough was enough and emailed my boss to say I didn't want to deal with her again.

He was incredibly supportive. His deputy manager emailed her superiors and told them that this woman has a history of bullying and harassing our staff and that it would not be tolerated any more. Then when my boss came in he pulled me to one side and told me he'd almost crashed his car he was so angry at her and that I 100% had his support in my decision.

So that was nice.

But then one of Jacqui's bunnies chewed through the power cable for our wireless router so I've been without internet at home for 2 days.

Blah.

But oddlyfamiliar is on her way and we will soon be having drunken shenanigans \o/

And tomorrow we are heading to a newcastiel meetup \o/

Oh, btw, is there any way I can go back and make all my old entries Friends Only? I recall I did that a while back when I was being harassed by someone and decided to flock. I'm not being harassed, don't worry. Just wondering.
