The zombie apocalypse is here

Lordy, I have been trying to get my xbox set up today so I can play Left 4 Dead online with oddlyfamiliar. Bloody hell it's complicated! I need to get a headset so I can talk to her while we play, which is fine, but now I need a wireless adaptor too to get it on the internet. I figured it would just be built in like the PS3 is. Blah!

But I did finish Leverage today. OMG that scene with Eliot? You know the one I mean. HOW FUCKING EPIC WAS THAT? My mouth was literally open with awe.

This evening I ordered pizza and me and jacqui_hw watched some more Deadwood. We laughed when young Kristin Bell turned up in a couple of episodes.

Then I played some Dragon Age and my gay elf rogue finally got it on with her girlfriend. It amuses me that the best way to get into bed with your character of choice is to give them lots of presents.

Alas, Alistair hit on me and I was forced to reject his advances so he's not to happy with me now :(

And that was the productive use of my day. LOL. Seriously, I already feel totally relaxed and I still have two more days off :))

A lovely lady called Linda that I met at A5 sent me this photo of a statue that's just been erected in Belfast. It reminded her of someone ;)



See, this is the awesome thing about conventions. Linda doesn't have an LJ and I didn't know her until we randomly struck up a conversation while waiting in an autograph line and we now exchange e mails occassionally.
