wincon panel is mostly sorted. Well, I have a schedule for it and people to talk about the various different bits
I'm starting things off by talking about comparissons between UK and US TV. Anyone got any input? I've got ten minutes to talk about this but I am not really sure where to start of what people will find interesting.
