*deep breath*

I just left a comment for a spn_j2_bigbang author letting them know how much I enjoyed their fic and that I would be reccing it on Monday. She replied and in a throwaway comment at the end she said she'd read the summary for mine and was really looking forward to reading.

Why, instead of taking this as a nice compliment, did I instead freak out? Seriously, I actually feel almost sick with nerves about posting it now and it doesn't go up for another couple of weeks. I just have this crippling fear that everyone who is looking forward to it is going to be massively disappointed

I really think I need to reconsider this whole writing thing. I'm obviously not cut out for it

This won't be a daily thing as I am going to be without internet for a while during the move. But it's something to do

Day 01 - Your favorite character

Oh, start with an easy one why don't you. I can't choose a favourite character. I love them all or I wouldn't be watching. I suppose right now it's (unsurprisingly) Castiel but really he wouldn't be Cas without his interaction with all the other characters I love. I love Sam, Dean, Ellen, Ash, Victor, Pamela, Gabriel, Bela, Ruby (1.0) and even Zachariah.

Vampires in SPN

Am I right in thinking that the only way to kill a vampire in the SPN universe is to cut its head off? I know you can incapacitate them with dead man's blood but that doesn't kill them, right?

Isn't it really hard to cut someone's head off? Yet I recall Sam decapitating Harmony (or whatever Mercedes McNab's character was called) with one blow of a machete.
