I made a whole bunch of icons for a recent spnland challenge so I thought I'd share them. They're kind of rough because the challenge was to make as many as possible in a certain timeframe (and all the icons had to have two characters in them) but if there's any you like the look of I can make you a fixed up pretty version

Ahh!

I am alone in the office today and as such I am doing epic amounts of editing on my current WiP. It's going pretty well I think.

I am REALLY looking forward to this weekend. It's my only free weekend in May but it's a bank holiday so I say...jackpot. I plan on doing very little other than finishing the editing if I'm not already done and maybe starting to catch up on some of my TV shows.

I have definitely decided to stop watching so much stuff as it airs and wait for the DVD box sets instead. I just don't have the time and it's really not necessary to be up to date unless it's a fandom show (which is pretty much just SPN at the moment and Merlin when it comes back).

It's Greg's last day on Friday. We're going to the pub for lunch and then going to see Iron Man 2 in the evening. I AM EXCITED. God, it's going to be boring when he's gone. I suspect my boss is going to have me starting to clear out our office for the next two months since there's very little in the way of actual work now.

After that I join the ranks of the unemployed. Eek! At least I've got some decent IT qualifications so I'm not too worried about finding a new job, even if it's just contracting for a few months at a time. We'll see how it goes I guess.

And I'm kind of freaked out at how much Jared looks like Caruso in my icon

I was talking to silvercobwebs yesterday about the existence of fandom osmosis through LJ (stemming from the fact that I know stuff about Deep Space Nine despite having never seen it)

lou_angel, depsite having never seen Supernatural can successfully identify Misha Collins and texts me whenever she sees him guest starring in anything on TV

Today she texted me when Danneel showed up in NCIS *g* Even I haven't seen Danneel in anything. Truly the student has become the master (or something)

When I asked whether Danneel was the killer, Lou informed me it was her boyfriend.

Me: Ahh, so it was Jensen then
Lou: No, her fictional boyfriend. I would definitely recognise Jensen without the credits to help

I'm so proud ;)
