IT'S CHRISTMAS!

jacqui_hw and I had a lovely Christmas meal last night, spoiled only slightly by the fact that our TV has broken and everything is now green. We improvised though and managed to watch Love Actually and Never Mind The Buzzcocks on her Mac (BARROWMAN!! *shakes fist*)

Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! Last Sunday clark_lois and I robbed a bank (-50 points). In May I bought porn for littlehollyleaf (10 points). In October normalhumanbein and I donated clothes to the needy (11 points). Last Thursday I had a shoot-out with rival gang lords on the 5 near LA (-76 points). Last Wednesday I bought porn for zooeyrye (-10 points). Overall, I've been naughty (-115 points). For Christmas I deserve a moldy sandwich! Sincerely, hils

After all my angsting yesterday I appear to have finished my dc_fireplace fic. Well, in handwritten form anyway. Just need to type it up and find a beta (bellajayd? vichan? Anyone?)

So that's a relief.

Unfortunately it does mean that I am about 5000 words shy of my 100k target for the year. I may hit people up for ficlet prompts next week. Watch this space.

I should be typing up my fic but instead I'm filling in a meme. Btw thank GOD for the fiction editing process. I'm only on the first scene of my fic and it's already ten times better than the handwritten draft. This is why I always handwrite fic first unless it's an epic big bang sort of deal
