So, it went something like this

I did a tweet saying I loved Remus Lupin and his belief that chocolate can cure anything.

ionaonie comes back and says 'not if you're a Vulcan'

Well, I had to ask.

Apparently chocolate gets Vulcans drunk.

Next think I know I'm reading this fic and damn me if I didn't like it. A lot.

I may not have got on board the whole Zach/Chris pairing but I have a feeling I may be reading more Kirk/Spock at some point.

Tuesday

Morning all, although actually technically it's afternoon now. Oops.

How is everyone today?

After I'd finished watching SPN last night I somehow ended up in the deancastiel chat room which was weird but a lot of fun. I don't think I've used an actual chat room since about 1998. It was kind of hard to leave and I didn't end up going to bed until about 1:30am. Still, a perk of not having to go to work this week I guess.

Not much on the cards for today. I've got a couple of spn_j2_bigbang fics to read and then I'm hoping to get a lot of writing done today. Holding off on the icon making until either my muse gives out on me or it's time to watch more SPN.

Apparently I'm in a race I didn't even know about to finish SPN before bogwitch. I don't think it's going to happen. Really, I can only manage 4 episodes a day. I'm not breaking my brain like I did when I watched an entire season of Smallville over a weekend

Well, after careful consideration I must revise my opinion of my favourite season of SPN. I still think S1 has the best standalone episodes but for overall plot and characterisation S2 wins.

Overall favourites in this season were Playthings and Tall Tales. There weren't any I particularly disliked but I think Croatoan was the weakest.

S3 next, of which I can only remember about two episodes so this should be interesting.
