Fic rec

I wish I had someone to blame for my recent and unexpected fixation with J2 fics but I honestly can't even remember the first fic I read or why I decided to read it. I know goth_clark was wholly responsible for getting me into Dean/Castiel but I have no idea how I got from that to Jared/Jensen *shrug*

What's even stranger is how much I am enjoying the J2 AU fics when I was so anti them in the beginning. I like my RPS to be about the actors generally but in this fandom the quality of the AU stuff is amazing. I'm planning on going back and re-reading The Doors of Time very soon because it was so damn good.

There's nothing worse than dragging your arse into work when you're still not 100% and being told you shouldn't have come in. I'm here now! Still, leaving early so I suppose that's something

Didn't get to sleep until 3am and had weird dreams where I was at Asylum and Misha was there but with a load of people from shows I had never heard of

I see Rosenbaum has started tweeting, and he's already chatting to Nathan Fillion. Is Twitter trying to kill me? Really. If he starts talking to Misha too it's game over for me

I'm not quite sure why I'm still doing my monthly recs at attheroundtable since I seem to be the only one still posting and I'm not sure anyone even reads them

Ok, folks, I am off. Heading to Dave's for the weekend where I will be forcing him to watch introducing him to volume 2 of Merlin. Since the majority of my favourite episodes are in the second half I'm confident he will like it. He liked volume 1

Got the music/short film festival thingy tonight so hopefully that will be good.
