Hiding

I owe lots of people comments for fic and other stuff. I apologise if you are one of those people. I can't really explain it but I am spending the minimal amount of time on LJ at the moment. I've been reading my flist but when it comes to commenting I just want to run away.

Have totally failed at writing any of my Joe Phillips fic today which is making me feel even more avoidy. I'm starting to think I'm going to miss the deadline on this one. I now have less than a week to finish writing it, type it all up and get a beta done on it. I don't have any free evenings next week.

I'll be over here with my head in the sand hiding from everything.

Yet another un-productive day fic-wise. Went out early this morning to go shopping with Mum-Ra and it wound up taking MUCH longer than expected. We only got back about an hour ago and we left at 9am!

I did buy some new work shoes, though, which I've been meaning to do for ages. I also bought some deoderant and hair product and they cost me nothing! I love Boots Advantage Points.

Saw a really nice coat that I wanted. Was only £40 but I can't really afford to spend money on myself this month, after I'm about to fork out £400 on plane tickets. I need to do some Christmas shopping too. It's all go!

I made a new banner for my LJ last night, which was nice, but did nothing to contribute to me getting my fics finished.

Urge to bury head in sand and cry continues.

And I still haven't watched Smallville, Supernatural or Chuck and I know I should leave them until my fic is done but not watching them is making me sad.

My usual youtube source hasn't posted any Strictly Come Dancing clips from this weeks show so I'm afraid all I can offer you is this from the Strictly Come Dancing website. It's got a very annoying commentary running over the top of it and you don't get to hear the judges comments.

Kelly didn't do so well this week. All the judges said it was Kelly's weakest dance and overall she scored 28/40 which placed her about 5th on the leaderboard out of nine couples. There is a chance she could leave this week as the couples in the middle are usually the ones that get the least votes from the public. We shall see I guess.

I am sad because the Paso Doble is my favourite dance and I was really looking forward to seeing something amazing from Kelly and Brendan
