In the kitchen! Two days in a row!

Tonight I will be cooking vegetable crumble with cheesy mash for dinner. Yum! I feel more optimistic about this than I did with the soup, and the soup turned out fine. I am not a disaster in the kitchen. Who knew!

Mum-Ra is providing apple pie and custard for pudding. Yum!

Now I am going to post the photos of last weeks trip to the beach and then I am going to write until the parentals get back. Thi is to remind me not to slack and get distracted

Success!!!

I forgot to post about the triumphant success of my vegetable crumble and cheesy mash. It was delicious and my parents loved it too (although I think my dad would have preferred some meat in it. LOL)

WOO HOO!!!

We made it a bit of a family experience. I had both my parents chopping veg and grating cheese for me *g*
