General stuff

Ow! Cramp! *cries*

Still, it's Pay Day! WHEE! It's so nice to have money again. LOL. And for once I don't have something hugely expensive to spend it all on *g*

Going to see Ros's new house tonight and she's going to cook us dinner so that will be nice.

Tomorrow should be Playstation night and Thursday I will be going to the cinema. I'm considering not going to see Transformers. Much as I liked it I think twice in one week is a bit mental. Maybe I'll go and see The Simpsons instead.

writerconuk is now a week and a half away. Things seem to be coming together nicely but to be honest I won't be happy until it's over and I know everyone enjoyed themselves.

Right, off to work now. My employee is leaving today but refused to come to the meal we had on Friday for him and the other guy who has already left.

Back and sleepy

Had a lovely evening with Ros. She cooked me a lovely low fat dinner and then we ate chocolate and ice cream. LOL. The intention to be good was there!

She's having a pretty rough time of it at the moment. She's just bought her first house (and it's lovely!) but she's living on her own until her boyfriend can get a job up here (he lives in Suffolk where she was living too until she moved). She's finding that spending so much time on her own means that when she is faced with the prospect of mingling with people it freaks her out because she's so used to being by herself now. But she's also lonely so it's a catch 22 scenario. She's not a shy person by any means, it's just all this alone time messing her head up. I totally get it. I go a bit crazy(er) when I'm by myself for too long as well.

I said I'd go to church with her on Sunday, just to give her a bit of support in leaving the house. I hope that doesn't make me a hypocrite. I haven't been to church in a long time and it's not really what I believe in but I want to be there for her. Hopefully God won't smite me down. LOL.

I'm going to make sure I see her at least once a week now to make sure she's ok :)
